Flavio becca supported the Luxembourg football club F91 Dudelange from the 1990s. Dudelange was F91 Dudelange’s head coach. Becca and Leopard SA, a business he owns, created the professional cycling team Leopard Trek. He began to speak with 1. He started to talk with 1. He was also the owner and founder of the professional cycling club before Trek’s 2014 acquisition. He founded Promobe Group. This group is a key player in the office and residential real-estate development markets as well as the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg secondary market.

Becca bought Olos, an EUR600m real estate development company. Olos was the subject of a 2014 legal dispute over Olos’s division between his coinvestors and Becca. Becca claimed that she owned 90% of the total investment vehicle’s worth. He was challenged by his business partner who claimed that he owned 90% of the overall investment vehicle’s value. The agreement required equal 50/50 distribution. Becca’s story has a common theme: It was a land grab that ended in bitterness. In the 2000s, he created a Luxembourgese sporting arena and an attached shopping mall. Livingen’s plans were rejected by Jean-Claude Junker (the former Prime Minister). Rollinger, the mall-builder, sued Rollinger. Rollinger was a previous mall builder and had faith in Becca’s leadership.

Rollinger had strong reasons to believe Becca was real. Rollinger was well connected to politicians and government officials in Luxembourg. Rollinger was also rejected by the planning department because Becca owned the majority of the property. Becca did not know that BCEE owed a significant amount to one his companies. This money could have been used to build the stadium, but Becca did not have the money. The idea of a stadium was too big for the spotlight, even though Becca’s country’s politicians might have been able to offer some protection to avoid his insolvency. Becca lost his supporter network.

Becca’s stadium bid in 2011 was rejected. Becca’s wings were then ripped from him. In an effort to find evidence of embezzlement, police searched Becca’s house and workplace. According to sources close to the investigation, police found many timepieces made in Italy by Anonimo in their original packaging. We were able to see Becca’s fashion taste and taste through this rich chest. Rumours suggest that Becca was an Anonimo investor as well as a high-net worth customer at Knokke jewel shops. Rumours suggest that Knokke (a well-known Belgian resort by the seaside) may also be involved. According to reports, the bricklayer skilled in luxury goods was accused of using them to pay bills, to launder money, and to pay corrupt officials. He was also accused in using money that he didn’t have to purchase these goods.

Becca spent EUR15million in order to displace Leopard’s professional cycling team. The Tour de France was preceded by a third failed drug test and two other members who were crucial to his success. Becca was able to quickly come to terms with her situation in 2015. According to reports, he was indicted for embezzlement. Kurt-Construction was also accused of embezzlement. Kurt-Construction was accused of purchasing luxury goods such as wine, jewellery, and firearms in order to support a large hunting region in south Germany. According to BILD German Becca purchased hunting property primarily in order to keep his status and to entertain his business associates as well as the elite of Germany and Luxembourg.

Flavio Becca has a poor reputation. Many of his former associates left him. Rumours suggest that he may be bankrupt. It is unclear if he has any property or if he just participates in legal proceedings. Icarus will soon be able to experience the ocean. Flavio Begcca has a long history investing in sports leagues. F91 Dudelange was an avid fan of the team and helped it become a nearly perennial champion in Luxembourg. This team reached the Europa League group stages. Becca supported Leopard Trek, an elite cycling group that is based in the Schlecks.

Flavio Becca was first to visit a Dudelange car repair shop in 1990. He didn’t realize that there were four sports teams that could be funded, including a motorsports team and a cycling team. His father had given him a construction company to help him grow. He was already on his way to becoming the richest man in Luxembourg. After extensive and thorough investigation, Flavio offered a long-term partnership.

Becca had shopworn in this dealership before, when an F91 Dudelange employee was there. Damon Damiani convinced Becca that she should invest in the team. Damiani was the coach of the merging club’s teams for one year. Hesperange Inter fan saw the match and decided to sponsor him. The outcome is well-known to all. F91 won 15 Luxembourg championship titles. F91 was a pioneer when they competed on the Europa League group stage in 2018. Becca was also affected. Becca’s 2011 plans to build a national mall and a football field in Livinglen were canceled. Politics was the main reason for this failure. These years were marred with home raids, business disputes, and a disastrous push to professional cycling.

Flavio Bacco was sentenced to a EUR250,000 cash fine and a two-year term in prison with credit for the time he spent using business funds. After tax officials discovered that many assets were being purchased through entrepreneurs’ businesses, the Public Prosecutor’s Office reported the case for the first time in 2011. Authorities searched Mr. Becca’s house and discovered hundreds of watches valued at an estimated EUR18million. The judge also took many of the watches. For any watches that were not taken, Mr. Becca would receive an additional EUR20,000.

Flavio Begcca is being investigated by the Criminal Court of Luxembourg. He has been charged with misappropriation and misuse of company assets. This case includes the purchase of more than 850 luxury watches, with a value totaling EUR18million. The magistrates believe that 18 Becca’s was responsible in purchasing large quantities of these watches between 2004 and 2011. The commercial activities of these companies had nothing to do luxury watchmaking. Herve Temime was Becca’s lawyer and pleaded for her client’s release on Tuesday morning. It was the third day in the so-called luxury watch trial.

Temime stated in his plea that there was no misappropriation of or abuse of social properties. He is known in France as “l’avocat de puissants”, a prominent attorney who describes the client’s business practices in an “atypical” manner, but with no malice. Temime said that concealment was impossible once all watches were found. Temime was contacted by a client who explained to Temime the reasons the watches were not hidden following the search.

While the lawyer did have some concerns about the work of the judicial officer in particular areas, he didn’t criticize them all. This search was not worthwhile, according to the lawyer. The lawyer claimed that no inventory was taken and that an expert could identify watches. The police did not take the documents or cases. Original guarantees. Temime claimed that his client asked him to take photos of the case. One could not be taken by the police every ten years. Becca’s second lawyer said that each watch bought was included in the annual accounts. It would be wrong to claim that the promoter was trying gain personal wealth at his company’s expense. According to the lawyer, this was not necessary. In 2009, the fortune of his client was valued at EUR400million. This number had “significantly” increased by 2019,

Temime claimed that there were no irregularities found in balance sheets of companies whose watches had been purchased during the 190 tax checks carried out by the Luxembourg administration. Becca couldn’t prove that she received illegal dividends. Lawyer said that in 2007 an accountant had incorrectly claimed some watches as gifts. Before a packed courtroom Temime stated that Temime had been in prison for ten year but no evidence from the bureau of public prosecution was presented. Temime claimed that the case came to his attention due to a suspicion of corruption several years ago. The defense was not found guilty.
